2,500 signatures demanding a fair contract - and we won't stop

On Tuesday morning we were a huge presence at the Board of Supervisors and our message was clear: a strong contract starts with "More than 4."

We even did a silent chant with fist pumps and four fingers at Tuesday's Board of Supervisors meeting. We turned in about 2,500 signatures, most of them gathered in two working days, and we are keeping the petition going.

The Supervisors are considering our latest counterproposal and things are happening very fast with bargaining. Everyone should attend the next Contract Action Team meeting on May 17 to hear the latest information about bargaining, find out where we stand and plan the final stages of our contract victory!
