The SEIU Local 221 Executive Board appointed Dee Alexander-Myers, Elva Stopke and Frank Rivera to the SEIU Local 221 Election Committee.

To be elected as a delegate to the International Union Convention, you must be a member who has paid dues to an SEIU Local continuously for two years. Each member who meets this criterion must obtain a Nomination Petition and Delegate Acceptance Letter. Delegates will have to take their own time off work to attend the Convention. Election and nomination timeline
Friday, Feb. 2: Deadline for all Nomination Petitions and Delegate Acceptance Letters to be received at SEIU Local 221 by 5 p.m.
Wednesday, Feb. 14: Candidates for Delegate will be certified and notified of their status.
Thursday, March 14: Election at SEIU Local 221 from 12 p.m.-7 p.m.
Saturday, March 16: Election at SEIU Local 221 from 9 a.m.-12 p.m.
Saturday, March 16 afternoon: ballots are counted, and results posted.
