Highlights of the Tentative Agreement (full-time staff)
Year 1
✅ All workers below the median will be brought to the median. 5**0% will be seeing an increase, from 4% to 20%.**These salary increases will also be retro to July 1, 2025.
✅ Bilingual pay will be $150 per pay period
✅ One additional floating holiday - can be used anytime within the fiscal year
✅ Comp time increased from 100 to 200 hours - employees may be credited with for overtime worked up to the higher maximum
Year 2
✅ 5% increase for all positions
✅ THIS ONE IS HISTORIC! Residential pay of $200 a month
Year 3
✅ 5% increase for all positions

Year 1
✅ Part-time positions will be brought up to the median
✅ One floating holiday based on average hours worked
✅ Bilingual pay: $1.88 per hour
Year 2
✅ 5% increase
✅ Residential pay: $1.15 per hour
Year 3
✅ 5% increase
This historic Tentative Agreement is the result of us standing together in our union and the Bargaining Team members' hard work. We will also announce a virtual ratification option when it is finalized.
