SEIU Local 221 members are traveling to Sacramento to lobby State Legislators about how the proposed state budget cuts will impact their jobs and the clients they serve.
It is important that legislators hear directly from us about how the proposed budget cuts affect us, our jobs and our families.
We have the opportunity to meet with legislators from both sides of the aisle and make our voices heard. The upcoming lobby dates on the right are for legislative visits to Sacramento. The flight to Sacramento, food and ground travel expenses in Sacramento are paid for by SEIU Local 221's political funds, which are collected through member political donations and are not dues money.
