Election Update On October 13, 2010, the Department of Labor recounted some of the ballots from the election ballot count held in September. OLMS recount confirmed the accuracy of the initial ballot tally conducted on September 21, 2010, concluding no changes were found in the outcome of the election.

Election Results Elected candidates are those who have received the greatest number of votes cast. Newly elected officers will be installed at the next scheduled Executive Board meeting. In accordance with the Election Rules established for this supervised election, any member may protest the supervised election of officers directly to the US Department of Labor - OLMS Election Supervisor. All protest concerning the conduct of the election must be in writing and received by the OLMS Election Supervisor no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, October 1, 2010.
