Resolution forms are available on our website and at the Local 221 office. Resolutions can be submitted by email to christa.fink@seiu221.org, by fax at (858) 560-1299 or dropped off at the Local. Resolutions must be received by 5 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 7. All resolutions to be voted on will be available for review on seiu221.org and at the Local by Oct. 14. Members will vote on any changes at the meeting.
