Take ConnectWellSD survey

While County employees support the goals of ConnectWellSD, many have identified serious concerns about the way it is being implemented. To help inform County leadership about your experiences, your co-workers have created a ConnectWellSD survey. The goal of this survey is to serve a collaborative model where workers, County leadership, and the community come together to make progress.

Click on this link to take a survey that will help inform the County about your experience, and allow ConnectWellSD to truly deliver the best and most efficient services possible to the residents of San Diego County.
